What the studio handles

We process account details, saved productions and directions, uploaded media, character and voice information, purchase and membership records, problem reports and your versioned studio agreement. We use them to provide the studio, manage access and payments, and respond to problems.

AI and connected services

Your input and relevant references are sent to AI providers through Lovable AI to carry out requests. Voice cloning and character voice tracks use ElevenLabs. Payments are handled by Stripe, and account access and private media storage use Lovable Cloud. These services have their own privacy and retention terms; we do not promise that every provider retains nothing or that your input is never used by a provider. Recordings used to clone your voice and the consent transcript are stored with your account.

Private by default, public by choice

Unpublished productions and owner-folder media are access-controlled. Invited co-writers can access the productions shared with them. Publishing a premiere or creator profile makes the selected content available publicly. Anyone who has received or downloaded public content may keep a copy, even after you make it private again.

Browser storage and service records

The studio uses browser storage for sign-in, appearance and a session-level guest agreement. Signed-in agreements are recorded with their version and acceptance time. Service diagnostics may record technical errors and request information. Avoid including sensitive personal details in prompts or reports.

Your choices

You can edit and remove supported content through the studio, make premieres private and delete your saved voice clone. For account deletion, access to your information or other privacy requests, use “Report a problem” inside the studio. Some billing, security or agreement records may need to be retained where legally required; removal from live views does not guarantee immediate removal from backups or provider records.

The creative studio is for people aged 18 and over. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority.
