You must be at least 18 years old to use the creative studio. By entering, you confirm your age and acceptance of these terms. This is an age self-attestation, not identity verification.

Your work, your responsibility

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, edits and published work. Only upload material you own or are authorised to use. Character photographs must show your own likeness; original artwork must be yours or properly licensed. Photo booth edits are for your own face only. Voice cloning requires your own voice and spoken consent. Do not impersonate others or infringe copyright, privacy or other rights.

Understand AI’s limitations

AI may misunderstand directions, invent details, introduce bias, or generate inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected images, speech and video. Results are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, suitable for commercial use or eligible for copyright protection. Human editing and approval do not themselves establish legal authorship. Review results before using or sharing them; AI output is not professional advice.

Content boundaries

Flirty and mildly spicy storytelling is allowed. Nudity, explicit sexual content, sexual violence, sexualised minors and extreme or graphic violence are prohibited. Do not use the studio for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity. We may restrict access or remove content that breaches these rules.

Credits, payments and availability

Review the price and allowance displayed before purchasing or generating. Failed video generations may still use your scene allowance. AI guidance also uses studio AI resources. No particular result or uninterrupted availability is promised. Subscription and cancellation details are shown in Membership and checkout. Statutory refund and consumer rights continue to apply.

AI processing and privacy

Prompts and relevant photos, clips, audio or references are sent to the services needed to fulfil your request. Do not submit sensitive information you are not comfortable having processed. See our Privacy notice. Private productions become public only when you publish or share a public premiere.

Limitations of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the studio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not responsible for how you use or distribute your work, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from AI errors or service interruptions, where exclusion is lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections, fraud, or wilful misconduct.
